Black Barn Valley Retreat offers the whole house for your family or group, about 45 minutes from central Auckland. Three king bedrooms and a queen bed in the upper lounge sleep up to eight, with two bathrooms and two lounges for spreading out. Outside, two decks and your private spa look across a valley framed by native bush.
Cook together in the full kitchen, settle in for a game of pool, or leave the afternoon free. Regular stays have a one-night minimum, subject to availability. Louise confirms your dates and total price personally.

Yes. Black Barn Valley Retreat is near Helensville, about 45 minutes from central Auckland. Regular stays have a 1 night minimum, subject to availability, with exclusive use of the house for up to 8 guests.
Use the booking page to check the calendar and send your preferred dates and guest numbers. Published direct-stay rates include GST; Louise confirms availability and your total before the booking is secured.
Guests may cancel their accommodation booking up to 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable.
GST-inclusive nightly rates, with the 10% spring promotional saving already applied, are NZ$496.80 for 4 guests, NZ$621 for 5, NZ$745.20 for 6, NZ$869.40 for 7 and NZ$993.60 for 8. Please enquire for other group sizes.
