Surrounded by native bush, rolling hills and an abundance of birdlife, it strikes the perfect balance between luxury accommodation and rural charm, only a forty-five minute drive from Auckland.
The two-level main house sleeps up to eight guests across three king bedrooms and a queen bed in the upper lounge, with two generous lounges, two entertainment decks looking out over the valley, a spa pool, a games room, two bathrooms and a kitchen made for long, unhurried dinners. Sink into the spa as the light turns gold, and let the valley do the rest.

Book direct through the website: check your dates, send an enquiry, and Louise, the host, confirms availability and a quote within a day. Louise sets out the payment schedule in your quote. Wedding and private event dates are confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation provided; the balance is due 30 days before the event, or in full when booking within 30 days. The retreat is also listed on Airbnb.
Payment is by New Zealand bank transfer. Louise sends the payment details with your quote. There are no platform fees or service charges when you book direct, and you get the cancellation terms in writing before you pay.
