We only ever host one party at a time, so the whole place is yours alone. Tell us your dates and a little about the occasion, and we’ll come back to you personally, usually within a day.
Rates vary by season and group size. We’ll send an exact quote with your confirmation.
— How booking works
Booking direct means you deal with Louise, not a platform. Here is exactly what happens.
Pick your dates on the calendar, tell us who is coming and why, and send it. It takes a minute and commits you to nothing.
You get availability confirmed and an exact quote for your group and your dates, with the cancellation terms in writing.
Louise sends payment details with the quote: New Zealand bank transfer, or a secure card link if you prefer. A deposit holds your dates and the balance is due before you arrive. No platform fees, no service charge.
A week before you arrive you get the gate code, directions for the last few minutes of the drive, and how the spa and the house work. Then it is all yours.
— Changes and cancellations
Direct bookings use the same cancellation terms as our Airbnb listing, so you are never worse off booking with us. You get the terms in writing with your quote, before you pay anything. Need to move dates? Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best.
— What is included
The whole property, exclusively yours: every bedroom, both lounges, both decks, the spa pool, the games room, the kitchen and the grounds. Linen and towels are provided. Food, drinks and coffee are yours to bring, and the kitchen is ready for them.
