— How booking works
Booking direct means you deal with Louise, not a platform. Here is exactly what happens.
Pick your dates on the calendar, tell us who is coming and why, and send it. It takes a minute and commits you to nothing.
You get availability confirmed and an exact quote for your group and your dates, with the cancellation terms in writing.
Payment is by New Zealand bank transfer. Louise sends the payment details with your quote. Your quote sets out the payment schedule. Wedding and private event dates require a 25% deposit and written confirmation; the balance is due 30 days before the event, or in full when booking within 30 days. No platform fees, no service charge.
Before you arrive, we send directions and helpful information about the house and spa. Then it is all yours.

Guests may cancel their accommodation booking up to 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable. Weddings and private events have separate terms. Please read the wedding and private event terms before confirming an event.
— What is included
The whole property, exclusively yours: every bedroom, both lounges, both decks, the spa pool, the games room, the kitchen and the grounds. Linen and towels are provided. Food, drinks and coffee are yours to bring, and the kitchen is ready for them.
